The Pumpkin Smash- Milk & White Chocolate, Salted Caramel Popcorn

Somebody has to go first.

That's the whole difficulty with this pumpkin. It stands 19cm tall, it weighs over a kilo, and it took most of a day to make. When they first see it, people circle it for a while. They pick it up, put it down, take a photograph, but eventually someone grabs a spoon.

Then the popcorn falls out. Not chocolate-covered popcorn, white chocolate, moulded into the shape of popcorn, each piece filled with salted caramel that runs when you bite it. That is the part nobody expects, and it is the reason we made the shell worth breaking.

Everything is chocolate, shaped by hand, so there is no part of this you have to put to one side.
