Belgian White Chocolate Popcorn with Salted Caramel, Box of 12

For the whole of October, these little pieces of popcorn were hidden inside our Pumpkin Smash, and the only way to reach them was to break open a chocolate pumpkin with a mallet. The pumpkin has now left the stage, but the popcorn was too good to retire with it, so it has come back on its own, twelve to a box.

Each piece is made by hand in Belgian white chocolate, shaped to look like a kernel the moment after it pops, and inside each one is a soft salted caramel made in our kitchen in Watford from double cream, salted butter, golden syrup and sea salt. When you bite through the shell, the caramel comes out slowly to meet you, and that moment is the one we designed the whole piece around.

You choose what is inside:

Salted Caramel - smooth all the way through, sweet at first and salty at the finish.
Salted Caramel Pretzel - the same caramel with pieces of pretzel folded in, so every bite has a crunch and a little more salt.

Twelve pieces is plenty to share at the start of a film. It is rarely enough to share by the end of one.
