Shipping policy
Order Processing:
All orders placed on RD House of Chocolate before 1 PM are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Options:
When checking out, customers can choose between two shipping options:
- Express Delivery: Items are expected to arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch.
- Standard Delivery: Items are expected to arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Please note, these timelines are estimates and can vary based on factors outside our control, including but not limited to courier delays.

We partner with reliable couriers to ensure your chocolates arrive as quickly and safely as possible. However, the delivery times provided are subject to changes by our courier partner.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This will allow you to track the progress of your delivery directly on the courier’s website.
