Floral Chocolate Bouquet

A bouquet of three chocolate tulips, each filled with a different fruit ganache, rising from an edible chocolate pot.

The bouquet stands 16cm tall, 620g of Belgian chocolate from pot to petals. The tulips are sculpted by hand to look like real flowers — each one filled with a smooth fruit ganache: blueberry, strawberry, and raspberry. Three flavours, three colours, one bouquet.

Underneath, the pot is made entirely of chocolate, with a lush mango and passion fruit ganache inside. When the tulips are done, the pot is the next thing to eat. Nothing goes to waste.

The tulip stems are reinforced with bamboo dowels coated in chocolate — strong enough to hold the flowers upright, light enough to feel like part of the piece. Handle gently, the way you would with real flowers.
