Coconut x Pineapple Chocolate Bar

A handmade chocolate bar inspired by the Piña Colada.

Coconut and pineapple are the flavours of one of the world's most-loved tropical drinks, and the Coconut & Pineapple bar puts that pairing into chocolate. A 300-350g Belgian milk chocolate bar, around 20cm long, with two layers inside. A layer of coconut ganache — soft, creamy, mellow. And a layer of pineapple — bright, juicy, fresh. Together they're the drink without the headache the next morning.

Underneath, the filling is sealed with a thin layer of milk chocolate and finished with shredded coconut for texture. The front is decorated with coloured cocoa butter.
